Deliverable
AI Operating Plan
The problem we keep hearing

Every leadership team in pharma is being told to do something with AI.

Most are still debating where to start. Six months in, the only deliverable is a slide deck.

Why nothing happens

You've tried the obvious moves.

01
You asked your team to research AI use cases. They came back with eighty.
02
You brought in a consultancy. They want six months, seven figures, and a strategy committee.
03
You stood up an enterprise AI license. It's mostly being used to summarize meeting notes.
04
You hired a Director of AI. They're producing a deck about their strategy.

The problem isn't AI.

It's that no one has helped your leadership team get aligned on what to do with it.

What this is

Five weeks. One leadership team. One working plan.

Not a training program. Not a strategy deck. A structured five-week arc that compresses what would otherwise be six months of internal debate into focused work. Ends with an AI Operating Plan your team has committed to.

Why it works

Decision-driving insight, in weeks. Not slides about strategy in six months.

5
Weeks, end to end. Kickoff to delivered plan.
4
Tight 90-minute group sessions. We respect leadership-team time.
1:1
Discovery with each leader on the team. Their domain, their reality.
The program

Five sessions across five weeks.

Four group sessions kept sharp at 90 minutes. Session 4 is dedicated 1:1 discovery, where we sit down with each leader to mine their function-specific perspective. By Session 5, the Operating Plan is in their hands.

Week 1
01 / Kickoff
90 minutes · group

The mindset shift. AI as your strategic thought partner, not a task automator. Teach the CRQT framework (Context, Role, Questions, Task) and apply it live to the team's real challenge. Tool stack briefing.

Week 2
02 / Strategic Dialogue
90 minutes · group

Each executive brings a real challenge. Live coaching as the group runs problems through an LLM. Role prompts, critical perspectives, iterative refinement. Real case study: $140K of analysis compressed into 3 hours.

Week 3
03 / Use Case Discovery
90 minutes · group

Map the use case landscape together. Each leader brings function-specific candidates. We frame each by problem, value, feasibility, and owner. Locate your team on the Small / Medium / Heavy adoption spectrum.

Week 4
04 / 1:1 Discovery
45 minutes · per leader

Genflare runs a dedicated 45-minute 1:1 with each leader. Their function, their pain points, their candidate initiatives, what would make a move feel meaningful in their domain. These inputs become the backbone of the Operating Plan.

Week 5
05 / Operating Plan Delivery
90 minutes · group

Walk the team through the AI Operating Plan. Prioritized initiative shortlist, 12-month sequencing, build / buy / wait recommendations per initiative. The session ends with commitment to the first three moves and named owners.

What you walk away with

An AI Operating Plan you can act on Monday.

Not a 60-page strategy document. A tight 10 to 12 page artifact built around what your team actually needs to commit and execute.
